RETURN POLICY:  Returns &  Refund on art, art supplies and jewellery is available only if item doesn’t match description. You must notify the studio via email or what’s within 5 of delivery day.  Photos and explanation required.   Unfortunately we won’t be held liable for damages during delivery but will help you file a claim with the delivery company as insurance for each package will be provided with the shipping fee.  All gemstones are verified to the best of the studio’s ability and knowledge using refractive index analysis, microscopic imaging as well as general and basic inspections with inclusions, colour and weight.  However the studio allows 30 day refund £ returns if you have the gem independently tested by a certified gemologist and they certify the gem is not as listed.  Pictures of the stone need to be submitted prior to return agreement along with certification.  Please notify us within 30 days of the date of receiving your order.  We have the right to refuse any return should we feel any situation is dishonest or malicious.   Do not return any item prior to contacting the studio and obtaining permission to return for a refund.  If no contact and agreement is made via email or WhatsApp messages, you will not be refunded.  

WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON AND TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER PRIOR TO SHIPMENT. IF YOUR ORDER IS CANCELLED OR REFUSED YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND IMMEDIATELY.  DUE TO DIFFERENT SYSTEMS IT MAY TAKE UP TO 10 DAYS FOR YOUR BANK TO PROCESS THE FUNDS.
